No, although ordering in bulk can help save costs by consolidating orders for shipping, a school is free to order on their own as well. SchoolMan handles and is responsible for any orders placed through our service, but does not have to be the sole provider for a school's ordering.

Turnover time varies based upon materials ordered, the vendor, and time of year. SchoolMan Account Representatives manage orders closely and ensure that consolidation benefits are maximized. We can expedite immediate orders and arrange shipping by air freight or courier but recommend advance planning and sea shipment to ensure the lowest cost to you.

• Complete the SchoolMan Purchase Order form completely and accurately for each order.
• Place as many orders at the same time as possible and as early in the school year as possible.  Longer lead time on orders gives us the opportunity to manage cancelled and back ordered items and fill your shipment efficiently.
